Retailer Initiative
Zero Mile Retailer Initiative
At Zero Mile, we believe local retailersare the heartbeat of the riding community. Coffee shops, gear shops, andmotorcycle stores are more than just places to buy products—they’re gatheringpoints where riders swap stories, plan trips, and discover the gear that helpsfuel their adventures. That’s why we’ve launched the Zero Mile RetailerInitiative: a program designed to support and empower local retailers in amarket that has become increasingly difficult with the rise of online sales.
We’re not just talking about supportinglocal—we’re putting our money where our mouth is.
Why Partner With Zero Mile?
1. Lower Retail Pricing
Unlike other brands, we don’t inflate our website prices just to give retailersa “discount.” Instead, we actually take a financial loss to ensure that ourretail partners can sell our products for less than our own webstore. This isour way of generating traffic to your shop and making sure local riders have areason to stop in and buy from you first.
2. No Minimums
We understand the challenges of running a local shop—big brands often requirelarge minimum orders that tie up cash and take up space. At Zero Mile, thereare no minimum quantities on your orders. Order what you need, when youneed it.
3. Priority Access to Inventory
If a product is moving quickly off your shelves, you shouldn’t have to waitweeks to restock. As a retail partner, you get priority access to ourinventory. If we have it in stock—even if it means pulling it from our ownwebstore—we’ll make sure you get what you need.
4. One-Year Warranty on All Products
Streetwear brands rarely stand behind their products, but we do thingsdifferently. Every Zero Mile product comes with a 1-year warranty, soyou and your customers can ride with confidence. If stitching comes undone or azipper fails, we’ll take care of it—no questions asked.
5. Crash Replacement Warranty
Accidents happen. That’s why all Zero Mile products are also backed by our CrashReplacement Warranty. If your customer goes down and their gear is damaged,we’ll work with them to replace it. It’s another way we stand behind the ridersand retailers who support us.
Let’s Build the Community Together
The Zero Mile Retailer Initiativeisn’t just about selling products—it’s about building stronger relationshipsbetween brands, retailers, and the riding community. When riders buy from theirlocal shop, everyone wins: the rider gets trusted gear, the retailer getswell-deserved support, and the community thrives.
If you’re a retailer who shares our vision,we’d love to welcome you into the Zero Mile family.
